New Feature Request - Schedule Based Throttling

It would be nice to have the ability for a Job to be Throttled based on Production Time Windows. Having this ability would allow us to be able to schedule throttling to be more constrained during production hours and then increase during non-production hours when doing backup copies offsite.

But you can already do that - define different throttling values for different time periods? Isn't that something you're after? Thanks!
