Dear Community,
I have a question: I read that in version 10 there was introduced a new feature that enables us to create GFS Backups on the Primary Backup Jobs. In my example I would like to enable that feature in conjunction with a SOBR. Will the GFS process autocreate the GFS Backups (like in a Backup copy Job) or do I need to explicit create Active or Synthetic Full Backups in the primary Job? At the moment in the primary Jobs I use forever incremental.
Thanks for your help/suggestions,
Best regard,
Jürgen

Re: New GFS Feature in Veeam 10 for SOBR
You need full backups enabled like for example synthetics backup. If you enable GFS on the primary job, you will see that you will get a warning sign saying that you need to enable full backups if you are running in forever incremental
