Off Site and Local Storage

Post by George »

Hi Guys,

I have a backup running to my DR site at the moment. However, what i would like is for the backup job to send data to my DR site and also send the backup data to a local on site drive too. Therefore i have the data in two repositories by from one job.

Is there an easy way of doing this or any advice on how i can have backed-up data on my local site and DR site at the same time from the same backup job?

Thanks

Hi,
you cannot choose two repositories for the same jobs.
A solution you can use is replicating the local repository using tools like rsync, there are many posts on the forum about this setup.
