Offsite backups ?

Hi -

Using Veeam B&R I am backup to a local NAS station. This works perfect.
But I need some advice on how to get a offsite backup solution. I can sure copy from my NAS to a USB disk, but this is manual work and quite time consuming with large files.
How do you guys get offisite Veeam copies? I have heard about Rsync, but not sure how it works/setup. Please advice.
