Hi folks!
I do have a question on a simple file copy job, i want to do with veeam.
This works with robocopy, Beyond Compare, or other programs. I do only get an error within veeam:
I have a project archive on our Veeam server.
It is stored under "D:\Shares\ProjectArchive\"
I simply want to copy the "ProjektArchive" and all of it's sub folder to a USB drive.
It holds a Folder "2006". So the path is B:\Shares\ProjectArchive\2006
This is the specific folder i get the error for (only when using veeam!)
When i do with a Veeam Copy Job, i do get the known error:
28.08.2013 17:51:50 :: The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.
But the deal is, this can't be about the operating System itself.
Because i don't get this Error when i copy via robocopy or Beyond compare for example.
How does veeam copy the data, that i get this error?

Re: Path or Filename to long - COPY JOB!
Rafael, this kind of issue was not reported for File Copy job so far, so worth to be investigated with technical support. Thanks.
