Query Veeam SQL Database

Post by yorkshirecaddy »

Hi

One of our developers is looking to automate some processing but does not want to proceed until a backup job is complete. We have some automation software that can use SQL queries as triggers. Does anyone know where I could look within the Veeam database to query a particular job and report that it has completed successfully?

If anyone has ever done this and has the query great, if not just a pointer on the table location would be very helpful.

Kind regards

Daniel

Hi,

I guess that you could use Powershell cmdlets to achieve what you're after, unless you have some serious reason to query Veeam SQL database. Please check this thread for the example of how that can be done.

Thanks
