Hello all,
I'd like to know if it is possible to recreate a full backup (vbk file) of date X from synthetic backup (vbk file) of date Y + increments (vrb files) of date Y-1, Y-2, Y-3, ... (until Y-Z=X ) ?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Recreating an older full backup from synthetic + increme
Hi, no this is not possible. Why do you want to re-create older VBK? Thanks.

Re: Recreating an older full backup from synthetic + increme
Hi, thank you for the answer Gostev.
I need to recreate older vbk to restore my infrastructure at a choosen date (1st of month) in another datacenter.
It is easier for me to move one vbk file than the latest vbk+X vrb.

Well, I guess you could restore the infrastructure at the chosen date to the current datacenter, then backup these newly restored VM's with Veeam, then move these VBK's to the remote datacenter.
