Remote connectivity to replicated DR environment

I am unfortunately not all that clued up with networking.Have a PROD environment being replicated to DR over a WAN. I need to get access to failed over VM's in isolated virtual/private network at the DR sight -remote desktop.You can obviously do this through VCentre console but is way to slow and not suitable for any form of testing Is there an easy way without having to change ip addresses on the replicas. My DR is a single server -Vshere 4. Spoke to network guys about 2 NIC V-server with one NIC in private network but apparently this will not work. Would appreciate any feedback

Lionel, could you please clarify your network configuration. What do you mean by isolated network?
