If we rename a backup job with a prefix of OLD - will it cause any issues with the backup chain, etc? I noticed that the new files that get created have the new name but the old vrb's still have the old name. I just want to ensure that this will not break anything.
Is it ok with both backup and replication jobs?

Yes, this is fine. Old backup files are tracked by old names in the product's configuration database. Thanks!
