Replication through specific network card

Hi,
We need to isolate the replication traffic from our production environment.
Both ESX server have 2 gig network cards, is it possible to have the replication traffic going through a specific network card and all the VMs traffic going through the other one ?

Sure, if you place your ESX host and your VMs on different networks (which is the VMware recommended practice anyway - management network should be isolated from production network), then this will work exactly in the way you want it to work. All replication traffic will go through management network and corresponding NIC only. Thanks.
