Hello,
Not sure if this question is already answered. But, can we restore a specific table from a database backup (for example, SQL/Oracle, etc.)?
In other words, can we select a specific table to restore, without restoring the database? (like restoring a single user for Active Directory)
If yes, what is the procedure?
Thanks in advance

Re: Restore a table from a database backup
Hi Marieelieg
For MSSQL, you can use our Veeam Explorer for Microsoft SQL Server:
This option requires a VUL, Ent or Ent+ license.
For Oracle, we don't have this integration in our explorer. If you have done an image backup of the vm, you have to restore the entire database. But you can publish the database, export the data you need and import them to the original database.
This option requires a VUL, Ent or Ent+ license.
If you use our Oracle RMAN plugin, then you can use RMAN commands to restore the table from the backup.
The RMAN Plugins requires VUL or Ent+.
Thanks
Fabian
