Restore Operator can't see time stamps to restore?

Post by dbacon »

We have a client that logs in to our Enterprise Manager web console with a designated user. They have access to four virtual machines to restore user files from, but can only see restore for one of the machines. The others just give an error message

"No restore points found. Check if VM name is correct."

If they search for a file extension however on the three VM's they can find some files, but this is not a practical method as they would like to be able to browse to a specific date for some files to restore. All files can be restored if the user is made a Portal administrator as well as from the console on the backup server.. Am I missing something with the setup of these users that causes this issue with 3 of the 4 virtual machines? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Regards

David.

Hi David,

I think this is something for our support.
Did you had tried to rebuilt the scope manually as described at the very bottom of this page?
