Rsync Commands to replicate backups

Hi,

I just wanted to toss out the exact rysnc command that I am running in order to replicate my vbk/vbr files offiste...

I'm not getting the greatest of speeds and it's supposedly a 100mb link to our offiste location.....Just wondering if I am missing something....

rsync -azh -vvv -P --inplace --block-size=2048 --numeric-ids -e "./ssh -c arcfour -o Compression=no -x" /cygdrive/e/backupfolder/ user@hostname:/backupdata/

can anyone think of anything I'm missing or something I shouldn't have....? I'm only getting about 1.5Mb average....
