Scheduled Copy jobs in V5 - No email notification
We've upgraded to V5 & backup jobs are running beautifully
Backup jobs mailing when backups are successfull/failed are working fine, but we don't get email notifications from the Scheduled Copy jobs. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Is there a separate email notification setup for Scheduled Copy jobs?
Please advise.
Manuel

Re: Scheduled Copy jobs in V5 - No email notification
Hi Manuel, I have not seen other reports, but this functionality is not commonly used anyway. I recommend that you send us full logs for investigation, might be bug indeed as there were some changes in v5 around email notifications. Thanks!

Re: Scheduled Copy jobs in V5 - No email notification
Hi, i am having a similar problem and wondered if this had been fixed?
We have upgraded to 5.0.1.198 and no longer receive email notifications for "File Copy" jobs. "Backup" job notifications are working as expected.
I notice that Backup Jobs have a "per job" setting but File Copy jobs do not. "Enable e-mail notifications" is enabled under Tools | Options | E-mail Settings.
Please can you advise.
Thanks
Stu

Hello Stuart,
Unfortunately, I couldn't find Manuel's support ticket to update this topic with existing resolution. Could you please contact our support team and provide the copy job log file for investigation, seems to be a bug indeed.
Thank you!

Hi Gav,
This a pretty old thread which talks about version 5, not sure that this issue is still relevant to v6. Anyway, have you specified a required email address in the global email notifications settings? If yes and it still does not work, I would suggest to contact our support team and post your support ticket number here for future references.
Thanks!
