Hi,
Im creating a reseller and using the pre generated welcome email but i am noticing the cloud gateway details are missing. There seem to be no way for me to add them in. I have the cloud gateway working and agents using it via deploying from the service provider console. Anyone have any ideas on how to get these details filled or where I go to fill them in?

I can see the Cloud GW addresses in my Reseller welcome mail. If you don't see them, please open a case with our support to check the logs and provide the case number with us for our reference.
