Sharepoint list item restore error - Properties restore failed for the following fields

We lost some information from Sharepoint list items and I decided to try Veeam Sharepoint Explorer and restore some items. But when I restored the item then its fields were mostly empty even when Sharepoint explorer shows that fields are filled with information and says that restore went ok. In the log file there is also row - Properties restore failed for the following fields: HiAEmployee (Title, HiAEmployeeId, HiALastSyncTime), Title, HiAEmployeeId
List is a custom list and it uses some custom stuff so I guess that is a problem and we can't use Veeam to restore these kind of things?
