Snapshot does not work after move to another vSphere Server

I just download the trial version of Veeam Backup & Replication.
I just copied the guest VM on vSphere4 to another vSphere4 thru LAN.
It moved and works fine.
However when I try to use Snapshot that I already have on original vSphere4, it won't work.
Do I need to do modify something on snapshot image if I move the VM image to the another vSphere by using this software?

I also asked Veeam Support, they told me it because the snapshot chain break.
Has anyone done to move the snapshot to the another vSphere Server by this software?
