Support Case #00250781 - Importing .vbk fails Veeam 6.5

Hi There,

I seem to be getting the following error message when importing a .vbk file into Veeam version 6.5:

Dir failed, storageFileName 'pathtofile.vbk' Retrieved less bytes from the storage [0] that was required [4198400]. Offset: [156770471168]. File: [pathtofile.vbk]

I'm trying to restore an individual VM from the .vbk.

Any help is much appreciated.

Lloyd, how do you import this backup (double-click on VBK, browse to VBM via Import button on the toolbar or browse to VBK via Import button on the toolbar)?

All of the above! When importing the VBM from toolbar I get "Failed to load backup meta from file <filename.vbm>. Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1. Position 1."

Corrupt backup file?
