support info collection wizard generates enormous file
I needed to gather logs to create a support case and the wizard took over 30 minutes and generated a zip file 650MB in size. Is that normal? I chose "This server" as the only place to collect logs and I've only got about 2 dozen jobs. I do not believe it's reasonable to expect a user to upload a file that large. v6.1.0.181 64 bit

Re: support info collection wizard generates enormous file
That's not abnormal, I have seen much larger collections of logs. First thing I would recommend compressing using the option provided in the log wizard. If the files are still too large then you can always grab the logs for whatever jobs are failing from the directory where they are stored which is %programdata%\Veeam\Backup. This will help you narrow the files down only to the files that support needs to look at. If you don't know exactly what logs to grab then ask support they will provide you with the names of the files that they will need depending on what failures you are having in Veeam.
