SureBackup - Ping test does not work

Good Day

Have configured surebackup but ping test does not work. Here is a part of the log

I dont know how exactely are those ping tests done. does the proxy appliance start ping test or is it done somehow over vmware tools? where could the configuration failure be?

thanks foggy, before i open a ticket i just want to make sure if i understand things right and if i have to change environment configuration (networking). the ping test, which server does send the icmp request? is it the veeam backup and replication server itself or is it the proxy appliance which starts the icmp request?

Ping test is performed from the Veeam B&R server itself.
