SureBackup to original host (Hyper-V)

I am looking at setting up SureBackup for our clients (I worked for a MSP)

We are going to configure SureBackup at the client site on the Veeam B&R server at the client site.

However some of the client Veeam B&R servers are not large enough in disk space or RAM to run some of the VM's they backup.

I was wondering if I can setup SureBackup to run some VM's on the original Hyper-V host while the original VM's are running and not have any issues/conflicts?
