i have veeam backup and replicator 8.0 update 3 and when i try restore or explorer ntds.it show a message " the specified database cannot be opened on this os version "
the so backup server is windows 2008 .. and ntds.it is windows 2012

on log is present

Please check the System Requirements article:

Remember that your staging system must be a local instance of the SQL Server (the one where Veeam backup server and Veeam Explorer for Microsoft SQL Server are installed) and must have the same or later version as the original SQL Server.

So, I assume that you have not met the prerequisites.

thanks for support i don't have a problem with another vm wheer exist exchange , domain controller
on vm have a problem have Windows 2012 and 2013 there exchange thanks

Important! Database files created by a domain controller can be open for object recovery with Veeam Explorer for Active Directory only if Veeam Explorer is installed on a Windows machine with OS version same or above the version of that domain controller's OS.
