Thinning a Cloud Connect Repository

Hi All,

We have recently started using the Cloud Connect service and I have to say it is very good. Not knowing exactly what number of retentions to set I made a stab at it but slightly over estimated it. Retention points are set to 28 but we have hit 25 and run out of space. How do I thin out the backups? The job now won't run so although I have reduced retentions to 21 the excess aren't removed as that happens at the end of a job as I understand it.

You may want to ask your SP to increase a quota temporarily in order to proceed further. Once the shortened retention applies, the quota can be lowered in accordance. Thanks.
