My serveur is a physical server with Windows Server 2012 R2. I tried to install Veeam Backup and Replication but when I click on the setup.exe on the iso file (version of veeam 9.0), I have a small Windows with only a red cross. Nothing on the events log .

When I ran setup.exe it won't launch. It popup a 'Veeam Backup & Replication Setup' windows with a big Red circle with a X inside. The only option it gave is 'OK' to quit.
I tested launching .exe and .msi from different apps and they ran fine. This tells nothing wrong with my Windows 10 Ent. Anyone has a solution for this? I am trying to install Veeam Backup & Replication v9.5 Console, thanks.
btw, how do I upload images? I clicked the Img link and all I got is , I am clueless here? thanks.

We are testing various Veeam setups and noticed that we were not on the most update version. We therefore downloaded the Update 2 for Veeam Backup and Recovery 9.5 and attempted to install it. This failed and said that we could not automatically updated.
We therefore thought the best thing to do would be to uninstall the program and then reinstall fresh. During uninstall the program crashed.
Everything that can be seen that is related to Veeam has been deleted, but when we start to install process it immediately brings up a small window with a white background and a red circle with an X in it. There is no text, just a button that is marked OK. When this is pressed the application exits.

All fixed for us. Tech support remoted onto the server, spent about 2 hours fiddling around and Veeam was installed. A reboot was needed (unfortunate) and then the 9.5 Update 2 could be installed. All up and running.

Do You know what exactly support did for You?
I had the same warnings when tried to launch setup exe: [UI MESSAGE] [UI MESSAGE] Interaction result: OK
