Recently upgrade from v9.5 u4b to v10. After upgrade having issue on backup copy to the Exagrid Repo. 80% of the backup copy hit the error "Error: Failed to start an agent on one of the extents." When copy to normal repo without issue.
Anyone hit the same issue?
I also patch to cumulative patch 2 but the result still same.

until now still did not get the ans from the support. My boss keep on asking me how this can happen
