v11 Day0 Patch not working as expected

We are using Veeam, which was upgraded from v9 to v10.
Recently, we upgraded our env from v10a, to v11 RTM, then v11 Day0.

However, the VBR Component listed in Windows->Apps & Features still show version 11.0.0.825, while other componenets are version 11.0.0.837.
Anyone has similar experience?

It's a known cosmetic issue with this Windows feature. Patches cannot update this information, if you want this record to change you need to uninstall and re-install the product from GA ISO.

However, this is not just cosmetic. It indeed incur issue of connections between different boxes, which should be same version. (GA with RTM+Day0)
Here is the result of connecting from GA box to two other RTM+Day0 boxes.

Besides, we do not want to do the uninstall and re-install approach, because we are afraid of data loss. And we were told that Day0 Patch would make it work as GA Version. Can I say that this patch is not working as expected?
