Hi,
After upgrade to V11 we are having an issue at a customers site that sounds very much like item #2 listed on the V11 know issues post. I have a case 04668721 logged last week and I have asked it to be escalated but have not heard back since Friday. This is stopping most of our backups from running. Many sit there at 0k on the hard disk and cannot be stopped. The server Repository is on an NTFS volume with Depdue but no ReFS. Is this the issue noted below, and if so where is this RegKey created?
TIA
Matt

Re: V11 Issues
this does look like the issue mentioned. I disabled Deduplication and the jobs to this repository are now running. I still need the location of that RegKey though as Dedupe is required for this Repository.

Re: V11 Issues
All of our registry values are always located in the most expected place
You don't even have to remember, just follow HLKM\SOFTWARE\Vendor\Product

Re: V11 Issue
yes but there alot of keys under that
I disabled the dedupe and thought things were better as few jobs completed but again some are sitting there on "0 b read at 0 KB/s".
I still have not heard back from my P1 case since Friday.
