V12 Update NAS Version Mismatch

First post. I run Veeam B&R with my host at Site_A, with a iSCSI attached drive on a ReFS also acting as a repo for that sites backup. I have a 2nd server setup as a Backup Repo and Backup Proxy only in the same manner with a iSCSI drive attached ReFS drive for Site_B's backup repo for that site's data.

Everything was working fine running 12.0.0.1420, and I recently upgraded last week to 12.0.0.1420 P20230718. It ran through the upgrade process. All backup jobs are working as normal, however when trying to restore data or read data from Site_B's server, I get the following errors:

The Proxy agent installed on the host that has the repo on it appears to be updated to the latest version. Not sure what's causing the reading of backup data to fail. Site_A's data can be read and restored no problem at all, only Site_B's data has trouble reading and gives me this error.

First message also, but I have the same error message since we upgraded to 12.0.0.1420 P20230718 last week.
However I have this error when I try to rescan a Dell Datadomain repository.

@EGrudzien did Veeam support resolve your issue ? Is there a "simple" way to resolve this error or do I need to open a support case ?

Hello Clank,

The error means that one of the hosts contains older components. You can fix the problem by identifying the host and updating it.
