My linux-based repos do not show up on the Veeam SQL Plugin configuration. Reading this it implies that Windows is required. https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
"Veeam Plug-in for Microsoft SQL Server uses Windows authentication methods of the Veeam Backup & Replication server to establish a connection to this server and to the backup target."
Can I not use a linux repo for this? Why not?

Re: V12 Veeam Plug-in for MS SQL...requires a Windows Repo?
Hello,
I'll be more than happy to help with the first question about our new amazing plug-in for SQL! For sure, you can use the Linux repository, check this page. Also, our Immutability for the SQL plug-in has a special piece of logic for backup chain analysis to extend the immutability period to protect backups for the entire retention policy duration.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Thanks!

Ah, must be a config issue on my end as to why the linux repos are not showing up. I just found that page before you posted, i guess i should read further next time . Definitely looking forward to this functionality as it seems to bridge the gap between simple built-in SQL backups and using a more intelligent tool.
