v7 Remote proxy error

I have a replication problem :

After upgrade my product to 7 version, the backup jobs are OK but no my replication jobs !

I have this message :
Error : Client error : Failed to connect to the port [proxy-name:2501]

My connection is OK, my proxy status is OK ! I have call the technical support but for the moment I have not response.

Hi Benjamin,

Please include support case ID when posting about any technical issue, as requested when you click New Topic. Topics without support case ID are removed permanently.

As to the error message, then it seems like a firewall issue to me, please check that all required ports are open on the proxy servers.

Hi bregnier!
What operating system do you have on your backup proxy?
I've also had this problem but it seems gone away when I used windows 2008 r2 as backup proxy.
With Win XP 32bit nothing worked either backup or replication %)
