Hi,
We have some copy jobs which are not updating to the GUI. If I look in the log on the remote proxy or repository, I see the job is stil running but it's not reported back to the GUI.
Example:
Copy job is transforming, GUI says "Transforming 9% done" for long time now.
If I go to the Linux ow machine handling the transform, the log is at 12% and stil working.
Same behavior on Windows as Linux, so it looks like somethings going wrong on the GU. Not all jobs seem te be affected.
Is this known behavior? Or should I raise a support ticket?
Regards,
Bastiaan

Re: Veeam 7R2 GUI some jobs not updating
Hello Bastiaan,
No, this is not a known behavior, so I would definitely contact our technical team. But before that make sure you're running Veeam B&R v7 patch 3, as it has some fixes that might be applicable to your case.
Thank you!
