Veeam Availability Console Issue

Hi

We have purchase Veeam Backup & Replication with Cloud Connect, and we got the Veeam availability console
with that. We configured Veeam Backup & Replication with existing VMware vCloud Director. When we creating the company in VAC following error message will popup if someone configured VAC with VMware vCloud director this component please advice on this.

"Failed to create new company. error details : Unable to set automatic cloud gateway selection mode : all available gateways are assigned to gateway pools"

I moved your post to the Backup & Replication forum but it might be better in the VAC forum in the cloud provider section.

Just to clarify: are you a Veeam Cloud Provider? If yes, I suggest to join the cloud provider forum

Support for vCloud Director is coming in the upcoming release of VAC v3, right now creating these companies in VAC is not supported. I have checked your company profile and it is not (yet) registered as a VCSP, so please contact your Veeam sales rep to mark you as a VCSP in our system. This will allow you to apply to the private service provider forums.

You can register yourself via this page: https://www.veeam.com/service-providers.html (Click Join).

If you're already joined, then ask your sales rep to mark you as VCSP.
