Veeam Backup 4.0 Errors

Hi,

Everytime I create a job the first few VM's are backed up successfully and then I get this for one of the VM's:

LSF-DocuSmart Error 11/5/2009 10:39:52 AM 11/5/2009 11:02:30 AM 6 6 20.00 GB 20.00 GB 15 MB/s 0:22:38 Finalizing target session TextToTar failed Client error: All instances of the storage metadata are corrupted. Failed to backup text locally. Backup: [veeamfs:0:0e59f73e-50a5-4759-987a-9d52c5adf75e (vm-94)\summary.xml@V:\test\Terry.vbkVBK: 'veeamfs:0:0e59f73e-50a5-4759-987a-9d52c5adf75e (vm-94)\summary.xml@V:\test\Terry.vbk'RBK: '']. Server error: End of file

After the above error everyone other VM in the job fails like the VM below:

AUMEL-WIN-SFTP Error 11/5/2009 11:02:31 AM 11/5/2009 11:02:34 AM 0 0 30.00 GB 0.00 KB 0 KB/s 0:00:03 Initializing target session Backup file "V:\test\Terry.vbk" is corrupted. Perform full backup by selecting "Full Backup" option from job's shortcut menu. CheckStorage failed Client error: All instances of the storage metadata are corrupted.

Why is this occuring?

Could you please send us all the logs relating to these jobs, you can find them at Help->Support Information, it seems like something is wrong with the VBK file. Our support team (support@veeam.com) will gladly help you in resolving this issue after we see the logs.
