Veeam Essential - total sockets or protected

Hello,

I have a question about 6-socket limit of Veeam Essentials.
there is 6-socket limit for organization but is it a limit for total owned cpu sockets or just for protected (backed up).

Client has serveral servers, including some VPS (more than 20 cpu sockets total). But just want to backup 3 of them in branch office (4 cpu sockets). Can they use Essential?

6 sockets total of hosts which are backed up so this should be possible. However it is best to just contact your local Veeam sales as they don't read these forums.
