Veeam Installer Service versioning

I've just applied v9.5 Update 2 to a customer's machine, and for the first time (ever?) I've checked the Veeam Installer Service files under C:\Windows\Veeam.
On the Veeam Server itself, all VeeamDeploymentSvc files are v9.5 Update 2 versions.
However, on the 2 remote servers with Veeam components on, the VeeamDeploymentSvc.dll has been upgraded to v9.5 Update 2, while the actual VeeamDeploymentSvc.exe file is still v7! (they have been upgraded through lots of versions over the years).
Is this normal behaviour? It appears to download an upgraded DLL from the main Veeam server, but not the EXE.
Should I be concerned?

I would suggest contacting support and see why those versions aren't updated as normally they should update as well.
