Thanks for the replies, I'm on latest FW, and to be honest, I've just accepted the issues now, I've had VMware and Veeam looking at the "issues" and neither party can help, the QNAP itself is able to receive files from a windows 7 desktop at 90-110MB so I'm happy it's not the QNAP. It's not writing at that speed from our VMware cluster though, none of VM's we've tried. It's a bottleneck that has been near impossible to track down.
