VeeamFSR driver cannot be started

When I try to start a backupjob, i terminates after about 20 seconds with the following error message:

Retrieving file list
HookBegin failed
Client error: Nicht gen³gend Systemressourcen, um den angeforderten Dienst auszuf³hren
StartService failed
VeeamFSR driver cannot be started. Agent path: [C:\Program Files\Veeam\Backup and FastSCP\VeeamAgent.exe].
The filesystem cannot be mounted. Mount point: [C:\Users\administrator.LRA-DEG\AppData\Local\Temp\1\veeamvcbc1c1fe6c-9b9c-4ff3-81cd-c1ade3a4d5dc]. Filesystem description: [VCB virtual filesystem.].
Cannot mount a virtual filesystem required for the VCB snapshot creation. Filesystem's mount point: [C:\Users\administrator.LRA-DEG\AppData\Local\Temp\1\veeamvcbc1c1fe6c-9b9c-4ff3-81cd-c1ade3a4d5dc].

What can cause this problem ?
