vm hard disk restore keep fail

hi all ,

we have veeam 9.0 . recently i have issue with one vm got corrupted and i need to recover the VM hard disk only . when do the recover option for the vm hard disk i am specifying to recover to same old virtual machine ( currently off) .

the task keep failing and telling me the

and the drive where the backup files keep goes offline .

any idea what could be the reason ?

Hi,
First of all I would contact the support team, specially if you need to restore asap.
Have you tried to rescan the backup repository?
By the way, are you restoring from .vbk or .vib?

I would rescan the repository as suggested as well. Also, check permissions of the repo, write-only?
