VM Replication on a datacenter

Hi,

How can i replicate virtual machines from a Vmware infrastructure ESX 4.0 in a remote datacenter using Veeam backup and replication v4.1.1 and restart these vm in the remote DC (with another Vmware infrastructure) ?

Could you please provide more details on your question for better understanding?

Replication procedure is described in the User Guide, at page 21 ("Replication Process"); and information on failover is at page 22 ("Failover").
Also, there's "Replication" section in the sticky F.A.Q. Is this information sufficient for you?
