Hi!
Is there a way to remove an old client from VSPC if it is offline? Client is set to fully managed and backup agent is configured to backup to the cloud ... now the notebook is broken and I can not find a way to remove it vom VSPC so it still consumes its license.
Any ideas? what am I missing?
Regards Markus

Re: VSPC & offline Client
Hi Markus
Please register yourself as a service provider to gain access to our dedicated sub forum where such topics (VCC, VSPC, VB365 as a Service) are discussed:

Please open a support case for your issue. If you can't delete a discovered computer from the VSPC portal, maybe it must be removed directly from the database. Which is only support with guidance of our support team.
Best,
Fabian
