We are unable to install the Veeam11a B R console. When we ran the setup.exe it's thrown error

That sounds like a technical issue. Please provide a support case ID for this issue, as requested when you click New Topic.

I had the same problem once.
Error with VBR setup ISO.
There is a standalone setup for the consol available. At least it used to be this worked for me.
@mildur with me the problem accured before setup logs where written. So no fun in uploading logs.

thanks for your immdiate reply and here is the Case #05693731 number. earlier it was veeam 10a console was installed. when we run the setup.exe for upgrade it was closing and one of the veeam enginer to uninstall the existing veeam10a console and go for a fresh install. Even post uninstallation for veem10a we are unable to run the veeam 11a setup

I suggest installing the standalone console on another machine. Use that machine to remotely manage your VBR server until the issue is solved.
You can use any windows client or server which can access the VBR server per network.
