Why isn't my backup working?

Enabling changed block tracking... Changed block tracking cannot be enabled: one or more snapshots present. Creating snapshot CreateSnapshot failed, vmRef "vm-1587", timeout "1800000", snName "VEEAM BACKUP TEMPORARY SNAPSHOT", snDescription "Please do not delete this snapshot. It is being used by Veeam Backup.", memory "False", quiesce "True" Es kann kein Snapshot eines stillgelegten Prozesses erstellt werden, weil beim Erstellen des Snapshots das Zeitlimit für das Zurückhalten von E/A in der stillgelegten virtuellen Maschine überschritten wurde.

On the time i will do my backup nobody is working on that server and the server have nothing to do.

Is there anybody who can help me out?

Hello Tobi,

First of all, to be able to use Change Block Tracking you need to remove current snapshot for the source VM. Secondly, as far as I got it right from the google translate there is an issue with snapshot creating procedure, could you please clarify if you're able to create snapshot manually for this VM using vSphere Client?
