Whitepaper for best security practices? (cryptolocker wiped customer backup)

Hi,

I know it has been discussed, and there is a long thread talking about ideas admin have to protect backups from ransomware.

But right now, I don't have the time to read it cause where trying to help a customer who got infected... including Veeam Backups. Offsite backup copy where enabled when we did the installation, but the disabled by an admin there. Nothing's left.

I would like to know if there is an official whitepaper from Veeam with security practices that we should implement in all installations to protect our customers. I don't want anyone else to live the same situation, they're facing backruptcy.
