Upgrading to the new Version 4.0.2.2

Hi everyone,
Today we have the 3.6.1.99 version of our MP (VEM SW?)

How do we upgrade to the new 4.0.2.2 version?
Do we need to reinstall the whole VEM Software (nworksCollector & VICWebConfig) or do they have an upgrade function?

Or is it just necessary to import the new MP to get the new functionality?

Sooo.. MP or MP + Software to get new features?
