I am trying to find out the thresholds for the Veeam Management Pack 6.5.0.1549 for the rules in general...
One specific is "VMGUEST.Collect.droppedPacketsTotal" where I see only Enabled True/False but no specific values for the counters...
When using the Performance views it shows a scale of values and I have no clue what there are...
Any idea will be appreciated...

Are you trying to find thresholds for monitors or performance views?
In a performance view we are displaying counters and they do not have any thresholds - SCOM collects performance no matter how high or low it is. However a generic performance view can have an axis limit and I beleive it's not specified in our MP which means it's automatic by default. You can change axis limit in the personalization dialog - just right-click and select "Personilize view".
