Hi everybode,

since the upgrade to nworks 5.7 I got sometimes the following alert.

"nworks Collector: No metrics obtained for ESX host"

If I want to check out it on teh following page

"http://veeam.com/support/events.aspx?EvtID=112"

I only got the error Event was not found.
Can someone clarify what this is.

Hi Arkadiusz,
that error is regarding a failure on the vCenter side, to provide performance data for a specific Host...we found this problem at one customer last year, so in 5.7 we added an event to alert on that. The cause is still unknown, we would advise working with our Support and your VMware support to analyse your vCenter logs. But we believe the error to have a root cause in vCenter.

Regarding our online event catalogue, the event should certainly be there, I've asked for that to be updated.
