After reboot VeeamDCS not starting

Post by Afradua »

Hi,

I've a case #05816322

We needed to stop de veeam ONE machine in order to increase the memory resources.

After reboot the aplication isn't starting properly and the services related to veeam report dependencies issues

services affected:
Veeam ONE Agent, error reporting service, monitoring service and reporting service.

Error 1068 due to dependencies

VeeamONE Settings app (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Veeam\Veeam ONE Settings) reports connection properly stablished with database SQL.

Best regards,

Hello Afradua,

Thanks for the case #.
Veeam ONE Reporting and Veeam ONE Agent services have a delayed start option enabled by default. Usually, it is enough for most environments.

Please continue to work with our support engineers. I'm confident they will find the cause of this issue.

Thanks

So, if i haven't a case number for my issue, you won't attend on forum for help or even for knowledge and if case is created the forum leaves the topic for support engineers on case opened.

Which is the prupose of this forum?? talking about the sex of the angels????

Hello,

Support told me that the root cause was the issue with the service credentials.

Not many details, but it could be helpful for future readers anyway.

Thanks
