Backup Performance Data Collection Failure

Greetings All,

I have recently deployed Veeam one v8 and added our Veeam B&R v8 to monitor. I receive an alert under configuration issues when it tries to pull performance counter info such as CPU, Network, etc from our proxies. I need more information on how Veeam One pulls this information. Any information at this point is greatly appreciated.

    Does Veeam one pull information from the hypervisor or directly from the guest?
    What services need to be running on the guest to pull data?
    What ports must be open?

Hi Fabio,

If you're referring to Veeam backup infrastructure, then we are pulling this info directly from the Windows server backup component is installed to.

Here is the list of ports that need to be opened to establish the connection > Deployment Planning and Preparation
