Backup Performance Data Collection Failure

Greetings All,

I have recently deployed Veeam one v8 and added our Veeam B&R v8 to monitor. I receive an alert under configuration issues when it tries to pull performance counter info such as CPU, Network, etc from our proxies. I need more information on how Veeam One pulls this information. Any information at this point is greatly appreciated.

• Does Veeam one pull information from the hypervisor or directly from the guest?

• What services need to be running on the guest to pull data?

• What ports must be open?

If you're referring to Veeam backup infrastructure, then we are pulling this info directly from the Windows server backup component is installed to.
