Canot connect backup replication server to veeam one 6.5

Hi Guys
I recenty upgrade my backup and replication server to 6.5 and now trying to add that within veeam one 6.5 . But it is coming up with the following error after puting the server details.

" Veeam One monitor could not connect to " server name " . The object inoked has disconnected from its client .(Exception from HRESULT:0X80010108 (RPC_E_DISCONNECTED))."

Any help would be nice .

Hi Mohammad,

Looks like there is an issue with establishing RPC connection to your backup server. Can you please tell me if you have any firewall on the backup server? Basically, all you need to do is to allow WMI traffic from backup server to Veeam ONE server. If you have EM deployed, then you may want to try adding it to the Veeam ONE console as well.
