Fresh Install fails and rolls back.

Case number : 05805749, logs etc uploaded.

I thought i'd mention this issue on here as someone else might have an idea.

New VONE server on EC2 (Server 2019) using RDS SQL Database.
The install wizard gets all the way to installing the reporter then fails and rolls back.

I have tried changing the default ports as suggested.

I've also tried installing just the monitoring without the web server component, as its a similar issue that someone had here: https://virtualvillage.cloud/?p=647

I'm guessing it might be something to do with the RDS SQL instance? But you have confirmed its a supported option so...

It seems that the installer doesn't like Multi-az RDS instances, unfortunately this is our preferred solution for all RDS.

Still waiting for support to offer options, maybe a workaround?

As far as I know, there is no known workaround at the moment but support should always check all possible options.

Usually, it takes time.
